Your special delivery terms and conditions are as follows:
We accept no responsibility for craft sheets not sent when purchased.
If you find that you have not received an Item you purchased you must as a first point of contact advise your special delivery and provide the following details
The designer who you brought from,
the item you purchased
the date of purchase
the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
Your special delivery will then contact the Designer you purchased from.
The designer must then provide evidence that they sent the item as all emails will have an archive
The Customer must provide the paypal payment sent email as proof of purchase.
If the designer can not prove they sent image then they must resend.
If a customer can not provide a proof of payment email then the designer does not have to send the image.
If you enter incorrect mailing details then the designer will not resend to another email address.
Due to the nature of Digital stamps we can not offer a refund for any items purchased.
If a designer is not forwarding on items that are purchased then they and their work will be removed from the site, and no listing or membership fee will be refunded, as it will affect the reputation of this site.
